Whether you are struggling with sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, cervical radiculopathy or peroneal neuropathy, we can help!

TENDON PAIN
(TENDINOPATHY)
Tendon pain or tendinopathies can be a very slow and frustrating issue to recover from. Common tendinopathies include tennis elbow, golfers elbow, achilles tendinopathy and plantar fasciitis.

We can offer both hands on treatment including shockwave therapy and also a strengthening program to speed up recovery.
ARTHRITIS
Arthritis can affect any joint however is commonly in the knees and hips.

Using soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations and prescribing specific exercises we can help improve joint function and reduce pain.

Tom graduated from the College of Osteopaths with a first class honours degree and has clinical experience working within the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.

His approach to all patients consists of empathy and understanding and he works collaboratively with each patient to reach their goals, whether that is pain free movement or for an upcoming sporting event . His goal is to get you the best possible results on the day using the latest research and techniques. He is a strong believer in hands on treatment combined with exercise rehab for long lasting results.
Treatments can include advanced muscle therapy, joint manipulations, osteopathic stretching techniques and shockwave therapy.

Tom is an active individual who regularly attends his local gym and local tennis club and he has a keen interest in many sports. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.

Meet Lauren (Registered Osteopath)

Since graduating from the London School of Osteopathy in 2020, Lauren has had the privilege of treating a diverse range of clients, from athletes to those experiencing pregnancy-related musculoskeletal issues.
​
Drawing on her personal background as a competitive cyclist and over 10 years of experience as a sports massage therapist, she integrates a variety of skills and techniques into her treatments, which are tailored to be the most suitable for each individual patient.

Each holistic session is designed to promote tissue healing, support injury rehabilitation, and provide education, with the goal of fostering long-term wellness and improved overall well-being
